The Industrial Engineering program encompasses the planning, implementation, operation, and maintenance of integrated production systems for goods and services, involving people, materials, technology, information, and energy. This field is also responsible for specifying, predicting, and evaluating the impacts of these systems on society and the environment, applying specialized knowledge in mathematics, physics, the humanities, and the social sciences, along with the principles and methods of engineering analysis and design.
