The Industrial Engineering course at UFPR will have representatives in France in 2025/2026, thanks to the BRAFITEC project.
The project coordinator for the course is Professor Silvana Pereira Detro. Five students were approved and will have the opportunity to study for a year at French institutions:

- Valéria Lin Ko – Université de Nancy Telecom (Lorraine)
- Isabella de Souza Cordeiro – Université de Nancy Telecom (Lorraine)
- Letícia de Godoi Souza – Université de Technologie de Troyes (UTT)
- Ludmylla Weber Kienen Muller Simon – Université de Technologie de Troyes (UTT)
The program promotes academic and cultural exchange between Brazil and France, strengthening the education of future engineers with international experience.
