As part of the CAPES-BRAFITEC Program, three students from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) are currently studying at ENSICAEN – École Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Caen, in Normandy, France. The partnership between UFPR and ENSICAEN strengthens academic exchange and promotes scientific collaboration between Brazil and France.

🎓 Lucas Vitkoski Diogo Dos Santos, from the Engineering Physics program, received the Eiffel Excellence Scholarship (2024) and is now pursuing studies in Embedded Systems. With a strong interest in innovation and aerospace technologies, Lucas highlights the quality of teaching and research developed at ENSICAEN in partnership with Normandie AeroEspace.

🎓 Ana Paula Princival Machado, from Electrical Engineering, is completing a Double Degree in Embedded Systems and Electronics under the BRAFITEC Program. Between UFPR and ENSICAEN, she has immersed herself in a multicultural learning environment that enhances both her technical and linguistic skills.

🎓 Clarice Da Costa Corrêa, a Biomedical Engineering graduate from UFPR, specialized in Sensors and Physical Engineering during her exchange period at ENSICAEN. After completing her studies in 2024, she continued her academic path through a CIFRE PhD at the GREYC Laboratory, developing innovative biomedical devices.
Their journeys reflect the excellence of Brazilian engineering education and the growing presence of UFPR students in leading international research environments.
