The School of Engineering and Architecture 

Our university is one of the oldest in Brazil, and our undergraduate Civil Engineering program was established at its founding. The School of Engineering and Architecture was officially founded in 1947. As of 2025, we offer 8 undergraduate programs, 14 graduate programs, have over 5,000 students enrolled, 90 laboratories, nearly 300 faculty members, and 100 staff members. 

Our school maintains partnerships with major industries across the country, offering both internship and research opportunities. We also provide dozens of extracurricular activities through extension programs, which are mandatory in Brazil.
